Very rich. But oh so good. It doesn’t make a lot, so if you’re needing to serve more than 5 or 6 people then make a double batch. I made the recipe as-is, and I would recommend reading some of the reviews – there’s a lot of great tips in there (for instance, how to properly whip cream without over-beating.)
