Week 90 Menu

Monday - Asian Chicken Salad
Tuesday - Fresh Pasta Primavera
Wednesday - Pesto Salmon & Sweet Corn Puree
Thursday - Slow Cooked Steak Fajitas
Friday - eat out
Saturday - Mini Joes, carrot sticks and green salad
Sunday - Vegetable Frittata & fruit smoothies

Is a fritatta like quiche without the crust? I make quiche all the time by get frustrated by having to have a crust. Looks very tasty. Thanks for more good ideas.

Cynthia - it is very much like a quiche without the hassle of a crust. I love this recipe because it is made in an oven proof skillet. It starts on the stove top and finishes in the oven. SO much easier than quiche.
