Week 76 Menu

Monday - eat out
Tuesday - Pork Tenderloin w/ Sour Cream-Cider Sauce
Wednesday - Spaghetti, bread, green beans
Thursday - Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin & Carrots
Friday - Pesto Chicken Florentine
Saturday - BBQ Club sandwiches & spinach salad w/poppy seed dressing
Sunday - Chicken tacos

hmm, was there a special on pork tenderloin that I didn't know about?

I didn't even say hello in church today--you were out of that priamry room like a shot. Your piano playing was lovely--as always.

i just made a pork roast last night myself with a dried cherry sauce. yummy!

Allison -
I wish there was a sale on pork tenderloin. Actually I bought some at Costco and each package comes with two smaller tenderloins. Right now they're in my freezer and when I thaw the one package, I'll have to use both tenderloins within a couple of days. Thus - two different pork tenderloin recipes in one week. Next time I'll separate the pork BEFORE I freeze it.

I did kind of sprint out of the primary room on Sunday. I should have at least waved at you as I ran by, I suppose. I did love your red jacket. Simply stunning.

Hey Cynthia - a dried cherry sauce does sound yummy. Is it a Cynthia original, or did you find the recipe somewhere?
