I have two great things going this week: my one hundredth menu post, and the final week of the Beef. It's What's For Dinner Wednesdays Challenge. I have to say that it's been fun to participate in the BIWFD Challenge, and I've learned a bit more about beef after surfing around on their site (like this very handy little chart). Although, I must say this recipe has too much prepared stuff in it. You need to make some beef gravy -- it isn't hard! Or, perhaps better, mushroom gravy, yum. And of course, my crust would be GF. But doesn't a hearty Irish pot pie sound like a delightful fall dish?
